Though these dies are less expensive than some, they have some great features, some of which are not found on any others'. Here's what I like about them: 1) Carbide ring in the sizing die means no need to lube cases. 2) Carbine ring in the taper crimp die forms the round removing bulges or other imperfections so rounds chamber reliably. 3) Primer decapping punch in the sizing die is extra heavy duty and is held by a compression chuck. If you hit something hard (like a Berdan primed case or pebble) in the shell, the decapping rod simply slips in the chuck instead of breaking. 4) Bullet seating die uses a knurled stem for easy, tool-less adjusting. 5) Shell holder is included no charge! I highly recommend these dies for anyone serious about reloading. You will not be disappointed.

The GOOD: yes it's designed to reload , in my case, 45 ACP and it does. The BAD: you must be extra careful when using the bullet seating die or it will crush your brass with the bullet.. None of my other LEE dies do this

These are a great product sold from a great vendor. The dies are easy to use, are straightforward, and will have you loading rounds in no time flat. You can pay more for dies (like Dillon or RCBS), but I'm not sure that those products warrant the 90% increase in price. I reload 9mm, 40/10mm, and 45 ACP with Lee dies, and they all perform the task with ease. I need dies for a few other calibers, and I'll use Lee carbide dies for those, too!

I've been using these with a new reloader I bought recently. I've only had to set these once. They're accurate, sturdy, do a fantastic job and make my cartridge reloading life easier than the last couple of years using the Lee Loader. Just set them and load them into your reloader when needed and you're good to go. Nothing complicated about it.

My Load Master press loves these dies. As with all Lee dies I have they are flawless. I don't know why folks need to spend so much money on others. The carbide sizing die works great and so long as I don't have a bunch of dirt on the brass I've never had a scratch. The factory crimp is excellent and works great on bulge busting the brass. I would recommend these dies to anyone that wants quality at a reasonable price.
